Life’s challenges can affect our thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. Whether you’re coping with stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, therapy provides a safe space to gain perspective and discover new ways forward. My goal is to offer warm, professional, evidence-based support tailored to your unique needs, so you can move toward lasting change and greater balance.

Here, you’ll find a safe, understanding space to talk openly—without fear of judgment—and explore what’s on your mind and in your heart. Together, we’ll work at your pace, finding practical steps and new perspectives that help you feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful. No matter where you are in your journey, it’s possible to release what’s holding you back and step into a life that feels more authentic, empowered, and at peace.

No two people’s needs are the same, which is why I offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to you. Whether you’re seeking short-term support for a specific challenge or deeper, ongoing work, we’ll choose the methods and pace that fit best.

While I treat a myriad of issues, my expertise are with symptoms and problems related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship/marital issues.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is not just us chatting, rather, it is us working together to help you better understand your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to assist you in making meaningful changes in your life. 

Therapy is a collaborative process to help you better understand yourself and your relationship with others in your life. 

For some, psychotherapy is goal-oriented (i.e., anxiety reduction, managing depression, working on current relationship issues, healing past trauma wounds which affect current life), while for others, it is a week-to-week check in on their current events, how they are feeling, and the maintenance of the journey they are currently on. 

I am here to work with you where you are at now, and to assist you in moving along in your journey at a pace that may feel a little uncomfortable at times, while reminding you that growth and change will often feel uncomfortable. You've got this! 

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and suggestion to help people make positive changes in thoughts, feelings, or behaviors.  

In a hypnotherapy session, I will help you to enter a trance-like state — not unconscious, but deeply relaxed and inwardly focused — where the mind is more open to helpful ideas and insights.

It’s not about “mind control” or making you do something you don’t want to do. Instead, it is a collaborative process that uses your mind’s natural ability to focus, imagine, and tap into your higher mind.
People often use hypnotherapy for anxiety reduction, pain management, to address phobias (i.e., public speaking; fear of flying), to improve sleep, and to address emotional issues. 

In my practice, I use hypnotherapy to address current and/or past life traumas which may not be able to be recalled from - or understood by - your conscious mind, but are still affecting your current day functioning.

I have enjoyed working with many diverse populations. You provide the expertise on you and I provide the expertise on relationships, how trauma continues to affect us even decades after we've experienced it, mental health, and overall well-being.
